What can I expect after enrolling?

Once your checkout is complete, you will then receive a welcome email from BodHD. This also features a brief video introduction from the CEO of BodMD, Dr. Meehan. The welcome email will also include a link to access your personal BodMD site through care.bodmd.com. Upon logging in to care.bodmd.com, you will find instructions on completing your patient history. Once complete, you will receive information on your next steps including blood work, if necessary, as well as scheduling your first physician consult. Once your initial physician consult is complete, your prescriptions will be ordered and should arrive on your doorstep in a matter of days.

How does the Referral Program work?

As a Customer or Promoter, if you refer three other customers your monthly membership fee to BodHD is waived. You must have three customer referrals that remain active for each month to qualify for having this fee waived.

How do I make money with BodHD?

We have developed a lucrative Rewards Plan for those who would like to earn an income by sharing BodHD. The first step is to become a BodHD Promoter. SImply log in to your cloud.bodhd.com back office site, go to ‘Shop’ and add the BodHD Promoter option to your cart. Complete your checkout and pay the $49.00 annual fee. It is important to reach out to your upline support team, which is most likely the person that referred you. If you are unsure who your upline support team is, please reach to us at support@bodhd.com. How do I set my referrer code?

To personalize your referrer code, first log in to your BodHD cloud website at cloud.bodhd.com. Once there, click on your name located at the top right corner of your screen and select ‘Settings’ from the drop down menu. Your profile details should now be displayed. On the left hand side of the screen, you will see a button that says ‘Referrer Code’. Click on the ‘Referrer Code’ option and then select the ‘Edit’ button on the next page to personalize your referrer code.

Why do I have a separate login on BodHD and BodMD?

BodHD is a membership club that provides you access to our medical partner, BodMD. BodMD is a separate company from BodHD and provides a full service, virtual medical clinic.

How I do use my BodMD therapies?

BodMD provides detailed instructions for each therapy that they offer. You’ll receive a link to these instructions with each therapy you order. For further questions or concerns, please reach out to our BodMD support team at: support@bodhd.com

Can I use my previous, most recent blood panel?

We have specific tests that are required for certain therapies which allow our medical team to provide the most accurate assessment and therapy plan recommendations. There are rare cases where you may be able to use existing blood work. Your Patient Care Coordinator will be able to determine if yours will meet the criteria.

How long does it take to receive my blood work back from the lab?

While we usually receive your blood work in about 5 business days, there are factors that can affect this and cause it to be delayed.

How do I know which products I should order?

You have the option to look through the benefits of each BodMD therapy before your consultation. This will give you an idea of what you may like to order, depending on your symptoms. Your Patient Care Coordinator will review your medical history and symptoms and also make recommendations that may be appropriate for you.

How do I change my product order?

You have the ability to make changes in the “order” section at app.bodmd.com. You will receive notifications at 5 days and 1 day prior to refills being processed. No changes may be made after the order has been placed.

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive tracking information when your order leaves the pharmacy.

Why does it take so long to receive my order?

Once the pharmacy receives your order, they must perform several steps to ensure safety, efficacy, and proper delivery before shipping to your location. Many factors can affect the delivery time such as current inventory, etc. Our pharmacy partners will always to do their best to get your therapies to you as fast as they can.

How do these therapies interact with my current medications?

BodMD therapies, whether they are bioidentical hormones or injectable nutrients, are naturally occurring or essential nutrients for normal body functioning. Therefore, there are no known adverse drug interactions with other supplements or medications. If you have concerns regarding potential interactions, please reach out to our medical team at:

How long until I see results?

Depending on the severity of your deficiency, you may see positive results quicker or slower than average. In general, the benefits of hormone optimization therapy can take longer than injectable nutrients, which can sometimes occur within hours of injection. Some benefits, such as improved mood, libido, and mental clarity can occur during the first few weeks. Other benefits, such as weight loss and increased muscle mass, can begin to appear in the 3 to 4 month range. It is important to maintain accurate dosing times and amounts to ensure the quickest results.

Why doesn’t my health insurance cover my therapies?

The BodMD line of therapies are custom compounded pharmacy products formulated with distinct enhancements and advantages over commercial products. Health insurance companies do not cover compounded pharmacy products, they only contract with commercial manufacturers. Furthermore, most health insurers do not cover hormone therapies, when they do, they require commercial products.

Can I use my health savings account towards costs?

You will need to contact your health insurance provider and find out if this an option with your particular plan.

Why does BodCLEANSE sometimes cause some burning and itching?

Our BodCLEANSE formulation is a highly potent glutathione preparation that tends to draw fluid from the surrounding tissues due to its hypertonicity. Some people will experience mild discomfort, mild redness, and a noticeable lump for 1-24 hours after injection. We add a small amount of lidocaine, a numbing agent, to decrease the discomfort. If the redness and pain increase and the injection site becomes WARM to the touch, the possibility of infection should be considered. Please contact your Patient Care Coordinator to discuss your situation.

How do I access the 24/7 Telehealth service?

The BodHD 24/7 Telehealth service can be accessed at: expressmedical.bodhd.com

You simply use your BodMD username and password to login. This 24/7 Telehealth service is available to you as a way to discuss non-emergent health concerns you or a family member may be experiencing. This is not a service to discuss questions or concerns with your BodMD therapies. Those should be directed to: support@bodhd.com

How do I use the BodEMPOWER app?

The BodEMPOWER app can be downloaded through the Apple or Android Store. Once downloaded, you will then receive instructions on next steps through the email address you provided.

What happens if I leave my therapies out too long that say “keep refrigerated?”

Refrigeration is recommended to maintain sterility and maximum potency. In general, our formulations remain stable at room temperature for at least 72 hours. Exposure to extreme heat and direct sunlight increases the likelihood of potency loss.
